If you're under 16:
- Please ask for permission from your parent or guardian before taking part in any online activities or competitions
- Never give any personal details about yourself or your friends (such as which school you go to, your surname, home address, telephone numbers or email address).
It is important to make sure your parent/guardian or teacher knows when you are surfing the web. If you get any e-mails from someone you don’t know, or that are rude or make you feel uncomfortable, don't reply but make sure you tell a responsible adult straight away. Don’t worry as it's not your fault that somebody has sent this to you.
